Yes — if each family lives in a separate dwelling and does not share income or household expenses (food, utilities, rent), the FCC treats them as separate economic households under 47 CFR § 54.400(h). Each dwelling qualifies for its own $34.25 Tribal benefit. Examples: main house + ʻohana unit, multi-generational families with separate finances, multiple cottages on one homestead.
A DHHL lot survey or photo showing the separate homes, plus any of: separate bank accounts, separate SNAP/Medicaid cases, separate utility bills or written split-payment agreements, or a signed Lifeline Household Worksheet certifying separate economic status.
